No. These sessions are coaching, not licensed therapy.

While rooted in trauma-informed and evidence-based healing approaches, they are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If deeper therapeutic care is needed, referrals are encouraged.

How do I know if I need a single session or an experience?

A single session is ideal if you’re navigating a specific decision or want to experience the space before committing to more.

A 3- or 6-session experience is recommended if you’re in a season of transition, burnout recovery, or deeper recalibration. Ongoing support allows insight to be integrated more sustainably.

If you're unsure, begin with one session. We can decide together from there.

Is this only for women attending wellness retreats?

No. These sessions are open to all women seeking trauma-informed stress recovery.

Some clients use them before or after attending our wellness retreats for women to support integration. Others work privately without attending retreat experiences.

What if I need a different level of support?

The Quiet Bloom is not a substitute for therapy or crisis care. If we feel another form of support would better serve you right now, we will share that with care and respect.

What happens after I book?

If you book a single session, you’ll receive a confirmation and a brief intake form to help shape our time together.

If you apply for a private experience, you’ll complete a short alignment application. This ensures the space feels supportive and mutually aligned before we begin.
